Solvent Weld Steps
Step 1
Determine pipe type and size.
Step 2
Cut pipe square, chamfer and debur. Clean pipe and fitting.
Step 3
Apply primer to pipe and fittings. (Do not use primer for ABS pipe.)
Step 4
Before primer dries, apply solvent cement to pipe and fitting. While cement is wet, push pipe and fitting together with a 1/4 turn of the pipe.

I'm not a plumber and I only had one fitting...
I'm not a plumber and I only had one fitting to do and it worked great. Now I got a full can that'll probably go bad before I need it again. Wish they made a smaller packet.
