Shower head is plastic & broke after 4 months
I didn’t realize the shower head was plastic, but wanted the contractor out asap so I just kept it. Broken after 4 months. Manufacturer could on send same dysfunctional plastic shower head with standard shipping. Not even expedited!!! I’m leaving man poor review and just getting a new shower head. Save yourself the headache and get a different item that is ALL METAL!

I love this faucet set. Installed in mid-February 2019, its classic style goes well with my vintage tub and new 4.25"x4.25" Home Depot white tile surround. The quality of the brass fittings seems excellent. The only weak point was the shower head, which had subpar water distribution -- and which I replaced immediately. The faucet controls allow for infinite adjustments of temperature and volume (a must for me), and the diverter has a midway setting that shuts off all water, which is very convenient. I can't speak to the ease of installation, since my plumber handled that, but I didn't hear any complaints. Except for the shower head, it has more than met my expectations.

Didn’t last a year
The first issue when it was literally a few weeks old. The shower wouldn’t turn on. After a few weeks of fussing with it, it started to work. A few months went by and now the shower and tub run at the same time. It didn’t last.
