From crap water to mountain springs in one long day
Wow, this is a great system! To start. It is priced very well. It installed real easy, and has excellent directions. I was very sceptical in purchasing any water purifying system. Because of how bad my well water tested. But Pro+Aqua sou.ded like the perfect fit. And it delivered. Not only does my water taste like it comes from a cool mountain creek. It's also the cleanest water around says the water testing people.
I would absolutely recommend buying this system. Just make sure you have someone with plumbing experience working with you. It is a large and difficult job if you dont have the knowledge or tools.

Defective parts! Need a response please!
The system comes with both 3/4” and 1” inlet and outlet valve threaded bushings and rings. Both 3/4” broke at the threads within 24 hours of installation. We replaced them with the 1” and one of those has now split and is leaking. These parts don’t even appear in the owners manual, Home Depot says call the company….and the company phone goes straight to voicemail. Meanwhile, I have a $2600 filtration system that is now being bypassed while I try and find a part that was obviously defective from the beginning. Please help,

Good system. Could use more comprehensive installation instructions.
It is a nice setup but it lacks a clear overall installation. They provide instructions for installing each of the 3 systems but don't really provide insite into how the 3 systems go together. It would make sense if i had ordered them individually but i ordered this as 1 system. In one of the manuals it shows 2 of the 3 pieces but never all 3.
So far it has done a nice job filtering and softening the water from my private well.

not home depot's fault, parts missing, Elizabeth was great trying to fix the problem, Pro Aqua has horrible customer service. They would not send missing valve regulator.

Good system, poor manuals and instructions.
The system works as advertised, however, the installation instructions provided are for 3 individual systems, not a package system. therefore, the instructions are not clear. The purchase information does not tell whether the water softener is a wet tank or dry tank, this would be useful information prior to purchase. The instructions are also not clear on adjusting the frequency of the flush cycles, this would also be useful.

Softener does not work
The softener has never worked, new right out of the box. Also the brine hose connections have leaked constantly and I have had to spend additional money and tons of time redoing them. For days I have been going back and forth with their support department to no avail. I have bought and owned many water softeners and I regret buy this bundle. I would not recommend this bundle or brand to anyone. Other 2 filters seem to work. I wish I had bought a GE softener.
