Q:Does it come with a battery? In either case, which batteries are suitable for this?

Answer This Question

A:  No it doesn’t come with a battery. You can use a deep cycle 12 volt or I use a 12 volt car battery. I have two batteries use one while charging the other alternating them weekly. I run fence 24 hours 7 days a week 365 days a year.

    A:  Generally, 4000 volts or greater would keep the deer away however, PBX200's voltage output is only 12.
