Perma-Crete Color Seal WB Interior/Exterior Concrete Stain is a film forming, tintable, water borne, acrylic concrete stain ideal for use on interior/exterior, above-ground, vertical and horizontal surfaces. This fast-drying stain is water and chemical resistant. Perma-Crete Color Seal WB Stain has excellent hot tire resistance while providing good adhesion. This low odor product seals the surface and improves the appearance of the substrate by adding color and durability. Perma-Crete Color Seal WB Stain is ideal for use on concrete surfaces such as garage floors, driveways, pool decks, walkways, patios, porches, warehouse floors and more.

Goot paint
This paint i make big mess with, but it okay, it clean up REAL NICE. I paint my garage with it and it sealed my floor and i then use it on my old car, OLD CAR and it is niiiice! I like this old good paint it is so good it is really good and yes.
