I bought 2 of the Pest Offense & put 1 in the kitchen & 1 upstairs. After realizing my dog's food was disappearing. I found piles of dog food stashed away in piles. I waited 3 weeks 2 write this review. The units have a big light which comes in handy & 2 smaller blinking lights which change frequency so the critters don't get used 2 them. I could tell a difference right away. Then, I saw evidence of straggler (s) around, so I ordered a humane trap, a metal one & will b reviewing that as well as I'm very happy w/both purchases. I do suggest u try both, the Pest Offense & a trap just in case of stragglers.

We live in a rowhouse and when one person has mice we all have mice. New neighbors moved in and here comes mickey. So far the product appears is working. No evidence of mice anywhere (droppings on my stove or running across the floor) after plugging in device the first day. The nightlight is not overly bright. I love that you need only one for each level of your home. The device does not bother our dog, no humming or noise. I love this product so far!

Good so far
After hearing some gnawing and scratching within some interior walls, I bought 2 of these electronic repellers and have since heard nothing. It seems the varmints have left the premises. I will definitely buy again.

Not worth it
I've had this product in my home for months and I still continue to see evidence of mice. I purchased 2 and it hasn't deterred mice at all. Not worth the money.
