I haven't figured out how to adjust flow. The valve just adjusts temperature for me, but if there is something I am missing, I would sure like to know...

Yes you can
Sorry, but it's boxed as shown with the shower arm and head included.
None. It is ideal.
Nothing is plastic
I can't give you a simple yes or no. And this is probably more than you were wanting to know. If you are asking if the new handle will fit the existing mixing valve assembly located behind the shower wall, most likely the answer is no. When you do this type of replacement, you will need to replace the mixing valve to which the handle attaches, (included in the box), replace the galvanized pipe to which the spout connects (Purchase separately, due to different lengths) and replace the neck for the shower head (provided in the box). Given the age of the plumbing, you would most likely also replace the 1/2' copper lines that connect to the mixing valve to the spout and shower head and possibly the shut-off valves if present. Here are some things to think about. If you don't have access to the plumbing through an access panel or open studs behind the assemble, you'd most likely need to remove the tub surround, at least on that one side. How easy that is, is totally dependent on they type of surround you have. In this older construction, most likely the spout is screwed on to a galvanized pipe that is screwed in to an elbow that provides water from the mixing valve (handle). Due to it's age, 10 out of 10 times you would need to replace that galvanized pipe given the issues with buildup. Since you would be replacing it, you can make sure you get the proper length pipe with the correct thread to accommodate your new tub spout. Sorry I didn't have a simple answer for you, but I hope this helps. Dino
Yes just pull the noble all the way up
No. Cannot interchange with other faucets in almost every instance unless same brand and period of production. Bite the bullet and get behind the wall. Everyone loves the style. Beautiful. Have the faucets in sinks as well. Great upgrade to any home.
Not as part of. Set that I could find. I purchased a separate brushed nickel drain cover.for the tub.
