Works
Installation was straight forward. Did it myself, hardest part was finding leaks in my poor brazing. Outside unit is really quiet. Works great. Don't forget to program your thermostat for heat pump.

Worked well out of the box. The air handler was missing the breaker. Kit includes bidirectional drier.

Great product, phenomenal service
We installed this 6 months ago and our general contractor was able to do it pretty easily. The product seems to be working really well, but the service is phenomenal. They quickly fixed a shipping issue and they are extraordinarily helpful on phone.
