Have to also buy adapter from you ?
Stove came mostly put together. When trying to attach pipes I also have to buy the adapter? To the stove. Now to wait a week for it to come? I came back early from vacation because it was shipped early. Now I can’t use stove because it’s missing a key attachment. Now I’m going out of town again and part will come while I’m gone. For the price you could have included this $13 adapter. Just wasting my time.

STOVE PIPE opening issue on top of stove
no matter what pipe i get double wall or single wall it will not fit in the top of the stove there is a large weld on the opening metal ring where the stove pipe goes on top of the stove, not allowing you to push down the pipe to fit. this is a big issue.

Blower is so weak
This blower is like a gentle breeze on a spring morning. It barely heats one room.
Otherwise, the stove is fine, but it’s just not heating the whole house like the old one.

No warranty support
My top bricks all cracked after 4 months of use . Emailed about warranty parts and we can't get them after 4 months of waiting and they can't even tell us when we will get them. Also they don't have people to install warranty parts. It had been nothing but problems the first 2 I ordered was damaged and the 3rd on had missing paint on top I decided to take it what I mistake that was . Do not purchase .

Really provides great heat.
Stove arrived as scheduled, Nice surprise that legs were already installed. Easy installation in our space. Last night was first time full fire. Kept our house nice and warm.

The stove performs as described. A bit more ash than I expected. First firring did smoke a little but stopped quickly. One of the fire bricks needed to be trimmed around the air tube, it was so tight it was difficult to remove the ash brick with the eye bolt in it. Easily fixed. The construction seems very good. Weighs 300lbs, so get some help moving it.

Stove was easy to install. Fiberglass seal on door was stuck to stove and ripped off so had to buy a new seal to glue on. Easy fix. Stove works wonderfully. Uses very little wood. It is nice to look at. I am very happy with my purchase.
