PP270 Portable Power Steam Cleaner with Steam Mop Attachment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this steamer mainly to clean the grout in my tile. I have grown tired of scrubbing the grout with oxy cleaners and stiff bristle brushes. I pieced together an included nylon brush attachment, 2 extension wand pieces, and the jet steam gun. This was a nice setup because I didn't have to clean hunched over. I could steam at the same height as pushing a vacuum. The steamer did do a good job at cleaning the grout. It took about 15 minutes to clean approximately 1/3 of my kitchen. The nylon brush is a must-have, but gets used up pretty quickly. I'm going to have to order a lot of these attachments if I'm going to consistently clean with it. I think I found what I need to get this job done. I knocked a star off because of the storage bag that comes with it. It's a very thin fabric, and doesn't even zip. With all the accessories that come with this, I can't store it all in the bag without much of it hanging out. This definitely doesn't affect the performance of the steamer, but it does get annoying when parts of it fall out of the bag, and I have to search in the closet to find them.

It cleaned hard water and mildew from my 1960’s shower with no problem leaving it cleaner than any smelly chemical or deep scrubbing I’ve tried before. Next step was to try out the brass brush on our stainless steel grill. Again it was like a magic wand and restored it to looking brand new without damaging the finish at all! I would recommend this to anyone and everyone, a pure pleasure to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have ceramic tile in several areas of my home, i.e. bathrooms, kitchen, entrance hall. I used the mopping function of the steam cleaner on this tile, and I found that it works really well. Didn't get into the grout areas so well because of the pad I was using, but the brush attachment can address that issue just fine.

Works great for various jobs. Very satisfied except for the plug. There should be a cord clip installed for cord management. Other than that, I have no complaints.

I posted a review earlier where I noted that I had three defective versions of this project. The on/off switch failed on each of them within a couple hours of use; the third one failed after 5 minutes. When the switch fails, the unit cannot be powered up and is useless. I stuck with them and asked them to please test the next (fourth) product before they shipped it to me. They did, and it works. I've used it for the last 3 days cleaning the grout on my kitchen floor. I have grout to clean in a couple bathrooms, and I plan to use it to clean my grill. I also have stains on my garage floor I'm going to try to clean. We'll see how it works on other things. As others have noted, this unit comes with a bunch of accessories that should be really helpful. I would normally not hesitate to recommend this product because it works, but I had such trouble with quality control that I can't recommend it. I would not wish others to have to contend with three warranty replacements, as I have. The customer support people are quite pleasant and happily send a replacement after you prove you destroyed the defective unit, but it takes time. I bought my first unit online and it was delivered January 26, 2021. It's currently March 10 and I just finished cleaning my kitchen floor grout. It was a 3-day job that took 6 elapsed weeks. Maybe Vornado can come along and tell us all they've fixed their Quality Control problems?

The steam cleaner works well and is easy to use. It has several useful attachments and a convenient storage tote. I would purchase this again!

When this product works, it works well. The problem is it quits working almost immediately after you begin to use it, and never works again. The problem is with the on/off switch. It fails, and when it does, the unit gets no power. I have received two warranty replacements of this product and both failed almost immediately -- the last one only worked for 10 minutes. I intend to try to get another one, but after that, I'm going to try to get my money back.
