The firebox arrived to Home Depot earlier than expected with zero damage. Unit installed very easily and was exactly what I was expecting. Very satisfied with my Pro Com purchase through Home Depot. Would recommend this product to purchasers.

Wife wanted a fireplace for Christmas. Ordered on line and delivered to the store. No issues and on time. ProCom32 vent free fire box. Had the gas line installed yesterday so this firebox is well worth the money. Comes with the decorative side panels inside. Louvers at the bottom, two screens, and hood. For the money no others can beat this firebox. Just in time for Christmas morning.

Gave this product one star strictly based on their bad customer service. My firebox has a bent hood. I’ve tried multiple times to contact them, but it has now been well over a month and still not one response from my emails I’ve sent them I’m still stuck with a bent hood and cannot use the fire box till that problem is fixed. I would have just returned this firebox to Home Depot already, but we had the firebox installed thinking that Procom would replace the damaged hood. To anyone thinking of buying anything branded Procom I would check their reviews on their website and also their rating with the Better Business Bureau, when I checked they had a D- and plenty of unresolved issues with their customers. Hopefully Home Depot will get this issue resolved for us.

Good Looking Firebox
I like the looks of the firebox. My only complaint is that the mesh screen on the front if kind of cheap. It's not bad, but with a larger set of logs in the firebox, there isn't much room to close that screen. I would buy it again since it does look good.

Nice features for the price
I'm pleased so far with the operation and the available accessories like the blower. Granted it's been in service for only a couple months so I can't provide longevity info. The lack of an available trim accessory to go around and cover the small gap between the fireplace and the insert was the reason for 4 stars not 5. I was able to purchase black aluminum roofing drip edge and modify it to use as trim and it looks great for a $5 investment.

No trim kit available since November 2022
Disappointed that the trim kit has not been available for purchase since at least November of 2022… have not
been able to complete installation due to this and have looked everywhere
