Jobsite Multi-Surface Fiberglass Handle Angle Broom

Jobsite or construction broom maybe, but this broom is stellar as a snow broom! Since I live in an area where dealing with snow is an activity for 6-7 months of the year, we take our snow removal seriously. This is perfect for steps, decks, walks and areas that you don’t want damaged by shovels and blowers. Stiff outer bristles do a great job on areas not easily shoveled and even slightly packed from walking traffic, and an inner layer of softer bristles is able to brush away finer particles. Rubber grips at the top and center of the handle are great for use with mittens or gloves. I have had too many brooms that are made of brittle plastic that easily cracks when it gets cold, but this is built tough with a fiberglass handle firmly attached to an extra durable bottom. It is also designed with the exact angle for use when sweeping. Expect it to be a bit heavier in weight than a normal household broom. Extra bonus that it comes with a 5-year warranty. When did you ever see a warranty on a broom? The only thing that I wish it had is a hole molded in to the top of the handle to allow for hanging up, which would allow it to dry without freezing on to the ground when kept outside. (Are you listening Quickie?) Even without this minor item, it is the best designed and constructed broom that I have ever seen and should last for many, many years. Considering thatI usually buy a broom every year, this will be very economical in the long run.

The jobsite multi- surface upright broom from QUICKIE is very rugged and well made. It has very stiff outside bristles and stiff split end center bristles. The broom head is made out of a sturdy strong plastic with a built in scraper on one side to help remove stubborn debris stuck to surface cleaning. The weather resistant fiberglass handle has two foam grip zones to make grip more comfortable and is sonic welded to broom head to prevent coming detached during use. I have used this broom to remove small pieces of asphalt and stones off of a cement pad and it worked flawlessly. I am planning on seeing how well this broom removes a light coating of snow off of the cement. This contractor grade broom is on the heavy side which I believe is due to the fiberglass handle and hefty broom head but will stand up to heavy use around the job site and home use on sidewalks, driveways, etc.

I purchased this broom and after about two hours of use the brush cap unattached from the shaft/handle. Other than this issue it works fine; just be prepared with a home remedy for keeping the brush cap attached.
