WOW ! Wonderful Appliance!
Reliable has a big winner with this Steamboy Floor Mop! Easy to follow assembly instructions ( took about 5 minutes no tools needed). After filling with water, plugging it in an turning on it was good to go in under a minute. The trigger allows you to release the steam . First tried on a tile floor and was impressed that it could clean in the corners. The next was the wood floor in the hall - quick, easy and it dried very quickly. What is there not to love about this machine? It is lightweight too. Best part - cleaning with no chemicals at all! LOVE IT!

Great little cleaner for tile floors
We'd had another steam cleaner that was similar but it had gotten old and you could no longer find the filters for it so I was looking for a replacement. This looked like a reasonably priced model that had the features I was after (same as the old one basically). Turns out this one cleans a little better than the old one. As one reviewer noted it won't get the grout sparkling clean if you have deep grout lines. However it still did a pretty good job on the grout and it got the tile very clean with minimal effort. The operation is as simple as it gets and it is great that you only need water. Steam cleans as good as a lot of chemicals without the stink. And people that can smell, like my wife, really whine about stinking chemicals. I myself have no sense of smell from birth so I am at a disadvantage and depend on the noses of others to tell me when things are amiss (or when they are not). And am told not having the smell of bleach is great. It is also good when I do not have to use them because I can't tell how much of the junk I am breathing in when I'm using it. That's one disadvantage of having no sense of smell. So hey, no harsh chemicals is good regardless of your ability to smell.
I like that it is corded because I just don't think a battery operated version of this would last well or work as well since it takes a good deal of energy to make steam. Assembly such as it is well that is as easy as it gets. You snap on the handle and snap on the head. Bam assembly done. That's great because I tire of assembling things quickly.
For the price I think this compares very well with some that sell for a bit more than half again as much. My old one sold for that and this is every bit as good. I have no complaints. I just hope the filters and pads are available for as long as it lasts. If they are that will be great.

Steam clean
This little machine is fantastic. Cleaned up my new wood floors just perfect. Does pretty well on the tile also.

At this time, I would say this is a good...
At this time, I would say this is a good steam mop for vinyl, laminate and ceramic. The trigger allowed me to concentrate steam where that little extra oomph was needed. Downside - for me - is that I also wanted to use on sealed wood floors but I feel it puts out a bit too much moisture for my comfort level. However, knowing I probably need to get used to a new machine, will give the wood floor cleaning another try. I also tried refreshing an area rug but was non-plussed. I am still debating if I will keep but would recommend to others for all but wood floors.
