This says pipe size 1 1/4 to 2 1/2. Does that me 1 1/4 nut or what?

Warranty info

I have a 1017 basin wrench. The spring no longer works on it. Is there a warranty for this? i know Husky has a lifetime warranty on theirs, but I would rather keep using my Ridgid. Thank you.
