The new compact size allows you to fire perfect shots in tight work spaces. Packaged with CLEAN DRIVE Technology, you'll spend less time fixing, and more time working. Doesn’t shoot 3/4” pins.
Doesn’t work for the 3/4 pins I bought at Home Depot. The ridge that the slide runs in to hold the pins down is too close to the stainless steel knife they run on. It still puts a hole in everything so it took me a while to figure out that sometimes it was working and at others it wasn’t. They had two in stock and neither would properly seat the 3/4 Porter cable pins which did in fact measure out to 3/4.
Build quality seems fine and it’s got plenty of power but it can’t do 3/4. Returning.

I haven’t really used it yet. This is the second one I bought on clearance. I never even use the first one maybe a couple of times and it worked flawlessly. I couldn’t pass up buying a second one at 50% off. I just like collecting tools. I know Ridgid has a good warranty On its tools. Perhaps one day, I will actually hook it up to a compressor and use it but in the meantime, it looks pretty on my wall in my garage.

This pin nailer works as described. Feels very rugged. I first used it to pin edge banding during heat glue down. The lifetime warranty cannot be beat but the lifetime warranty claim procedure is not consumer friendly.

Blew a gasket immediately
Bought one of these on a Monday. On Thursday morning the gasket was toast. I returned it and got another one the next Monday. Today is Thursday and guess what? The gasket was toast again. In my experience Ridgid can’t make a good nail gun. Don’t get me started on there battery powered brad nailer…

Blew a gasket in the first 100 nails. Returned it bought a second one that one didn’t work at all. Returned it for a refund. I love ridgid tools but there nail guns are terrible
