Dangerous
Don’t get fooled into thinking that because you’ve read the user manual that this is safe to use! I suffered a serious injury and you will not see a warning that broken bones are a possibility. And reaching out to the manufacturer’s customer support is a joke! They will do nothing but tell you that they respond to complaints one at a time so basically get them b line! Disgusting!!
