This nailer features AirStrike Technology, which eliminates the need for noisy compressors, bulky hoses, or expensive gas cartridges. This means faster setup and easier maneuvering on the job site or at home. Best of all, it is part of the RYOBI ONE+ System of over 280 Cordless Products that all work on the same battery platform. Q:Will there ever be a brushless finish nailer? I've been holding off on buying a finish nailer because I like brushless motors. There's brushless versions of framing, brad and pin nailers, but not a finish nailer.

15 gauge nailer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can’t say enough good things about this nailer! It’s so easy to load, adjust depth if needed and has multiple size nails.
I seriously haven’t stopped using it since I bought it. New outside window trim and inside window trim on my new house are only a few of the projects I’ve been working on.

Does not use standard 15gauge nails. I am big Ryobi fan and bought this gun with intent to see how well the "airstrike" technology worked. All was great until I tried to use standard 15g nails and found it would jam immediately. You cannot use your dewalt/metabo/ or any other standard angled 15 gauge nails. I still have no idea where to get nails for this gun. I returned it to home depot after one day.

great finish nailer
Picked it up today. Was replacing a regular door with a fire door. used this to install the trim around the door. I used the supplied ryobi nails that came with it. Very nice job. Fire doors have a steel fin and the molding goes on top of that. this gun shot nails through the molding, through the steel fin and into the stud, with the head of the nail sunk perfectly. it saved me a lot of time.
I only have one difficult moment, it was because i had pulled the trigger and let go prior to a nail firing because i changed my mind on the nail position. It did not want to fire after that. I removed the battery and waited a minute and it started working fine again.
The tool is a bit heavy but with it due to no air hoses and no compressor to lug around. I can bring it to small and large jobs.
Im doing a kitchen this weekend and it will be well used and a real time saver.

Great buy for the price
Got this to do some trim work around my house. It works great and is very reliable. Doesnt jam. Its much easier to use than the corded nailers. Really enjoy it and definitely recommended it.

I owned the Milwaukee version prior to this and after watching the Concord carpenter's Youtube reviews returned the Milwaukee and bought this. Could be happier. More power and cheaper than the Milwaukee. Based on the performance of this I bought the Ryobi stapler and the pin nailer and they are all reliable. Ryobi has hit a home run with their nailers.

Awesome tool
Great finish nailer ,versitile, very easy to handle ,beats dragging air hose ,well built, can take a 6ft drop lol, 4aH battery drives about 800 nails, im currently putting in 2600 ft of 6 & 8 inch V match pine so all of my Ryobi woodworking are being gainfully employed on this project
