Good idea handicapped by terrible batteries
Really disappointing they cheaped out and didn't give this tool the ability to take advantage of the one + HP batteries.
Ryobi didn't give any of the compact one + HP tools the two extra contacts used to request extra power from the one + HP batteries under load, even though they still went ahead and called them all one + HP anyways... In most of those cases I understand the reasoning. Something like a compact drill/driver wouldn't benefit from occasional bursts of higher amps than what the regular battery is already capable of, but a die grinder absolutely would.
It would be nice if ryobi stopped using cells from Alibaba in their packs too, though the damage to their reputation is already done.

Very impressive
Works great, made short work on my rusty car parts. Battery at full charge after 30 min. of use, quiet operation glad I no longer have to use a compressor.
