Great upgrade

Well pleased.
Two weeks after installation in an outside wall, we had 0 degrees temperatures. We lost electricity so I kept the water running slowly (gas cannot light without electricity). Then we lost water. I was sure the water heater was going to be busted when the water and electricity came back on. I had no problems at all. Leaving the water running slowly evidently drained the water heater and prevented it from breaking. I was very pleasantly surprised.

Lowered my electric/gas bill
Make sure the heater is closest to the area using hot water the most (kitchen versus master shower)
Had an initial problem with the igniter; once replaced it works very well.
