Dannys RC-15 is a solvent based product.
Can I use to seal gutter seam
Terry, it may work temporarily. For a longer lasting seal, look at Henry 212 Crystal Clear or Henry 884 Tropi-Cool Seam and Repair.
I need to adhere delineators to the to the asphalt driveway rather than using bolts. Can I used this sealer as an adhesive to lock the delineator to the driveway? How much time does it need to dry before cars can run over it?
Edward, I would only recommend trying the Henry 900 Flashing and Construction Sealant. Henry 900 can be found at all Home Depots.
Can I use this on a wet roof

Can you use this inside?
Henry RC-15 is strictly an exterior use product. It contains a rather aggressive solvent base and will gas off fumes for a while. We do not recommend using RC-15 indoors.
