The shelves are solid and of high quality but I can't say the same for the packaging used to ship...
The shelves are solid and of high quality but I can't say the same for the packaging used to ship them. Two of the shelves had damaged corners as the corners were not properly protected by the packaging and were readily damaged. One additional shelf had edge damage as a result of the flimsy/thin cardboard box it was packaged in getting scraped against something/torn sometime during transport and handling (before being delivered to my home). More attention definitely needs to be placed on the packaging as it detracts from the overall satisfaction I have with this high-quality shelving system. Luckily, where I installed these shelves, the damage is hidden but that probably won't be the case for most people...
