This is not perfectly round except for top/lid. It is sort of oval at bottom. It has wheels so it has to compensate for balance. You should probably ask the question for what you are using it for and the importance of shape.

These are naturally round; the top covers are round. Mine are about three years old and still well functioning.

I don't think your problem is the trash men. I have yet to find where to purchase replacement wheels (maybe Rubbermaid directly) but you can get a lid from Home Depot

Debbie, The original handle cannot be replaced as it is an integral part of the molded garbage cart. You might be able to find a separate handle that could be drilled and fastened to the cart that might work (try a good hardware store). The downside is, if the original handle is broken or torn, the replacement handle will be off-center and the cart will be had to pull. You also may be able to replace the wheel if you could find a same-sized wheel somewhere in the marketplace (again, try a good hardware store). It could be replaced by removing the pressure cap on the axle, replacing the wheel, and then re-hammering the pressure cap on to the axle. Essentially, since this is a molded cart, it's very hard to replace things that are broken and get full-functionality back to the cart.

Yes. They are designed to nest together. That's how I bring them back from the road after the yard waste truck empties them. They are well made and well designed. The weakest parts are the tiny rounded wheels. If they were large and square edged they would roll better over gravel and grass. Still, I would buy again. They are Rubbermain tough.
