I used it to fix missing mortar between the foundation block. It might work in your case. You will need a lot of product to fix.

This product works great to seal cracks, etc. We used it on the exterior foundation of the house and on the sidewalk. Applying in thin layers over several days did the trick. I would have those leaks checked before sealing them from the inside. If you have a leak problem, sealing the outlet of the water may pose bigger problems down the road. The other plus side of this repair sakrete, is if the color doesn't match what you are repairing it takes on paint well and you can "hide" the fact that you made repairs.
II would think so, it adheres well to existing concrete and drys hard.
No, this a patching material, not a resurfacing material. Unfortunately we do not have a product that will work over a painted surface.
As long as the cracks are within the parameters of the product installation instructions. This is not a rigid material. It will remain flexible to give with the movement of the slab. If this material cracks then you will need to consider using a polyurethane. A polyurethane will have more flexibility.
Just clean it off of your plants before it has had time to get to its full strength. Use regular water to clean the area.
This would not be a good product for that application because of the size and thickness. It would take forever to dry and would have shrinkage cracking. The Leak stopper would be a better product. However, keep in mind that if you stop the leak and the water gets worse later on, where is the water going to go. Just be sure that it cannot do any more damage if you plug it off. The exterior patch would be better if it were accessible and then patch the inside.
No, this is a premixed product. Just open it up and apply.
