Formulated to reduce the risk of surface shrinkage cracks, Sakrete Crack Resistant Concrete Mix is a professional strength blend of cementitious materials, sands, stone and fibers. For repair and building jobs where concrete thickness exceeds 2”. It can also save time and money by eliminating the need for wire mesh or rebar.

Yes! it should work. This is like glue, and you can also add bricks to create a base and pour it over. I would mix it thick and apply to your base and once it is dried, you should be ok.

Thank you for your question. Each 80 lb. Crack Resistant Concrete Mix bag yields about 0.6 cu ft. You would need about 9 bags to cover a 10ft x 4in. x 3in. area. Hope that helps. Thanks again.

He said it would give me a smoother finish than the others, and I was getting that as he said when I smoothed it out. It seems fairly strong and hopefully I won't have any cracks later.1

Used this for "in-place" outdoor kitchen countertops and a firepit table. Having the fiber reinforced concrete worked perfect for the application to ensure that I would get minimized shrinking and cracking. I ended up adding charcoal coloring to the mix and then sealed the concrete a couple of times. Great price and product for the application.

First time I used this product, I'm very happy with the results the fiber glass that it contains it does help a lot, of course it is concrete and eventually will crack, because that is what concrete does, but it won't crack as soon as regular concrete.

I am a contractor
I use this product and many of jobs and never had problems. #1 you must have concrete experience #2 mix need to be mix properly. this is a rough mix and not to be use as a finishing product. #3 the price is very affordable.

Did not crack as stated. Started project with a different brand and finished with this crack resistant concrete. Big mistake since the other brand is now cracking and this sakrete concrete is rock solid with no cracks.
