Broken pieces and rusted parts
Have only used this for less than 6 months and parts of the racks in the dishwasher have already broken off, causing it to rust. Its only a matter of time before the rack falls apart from the rust.

Poor quality and no real warranty
The top rack in my dishwasher started rusting after 1 year. The warranty says that "racking" is warrantied for 5 years. But apparently the "racking" warranty does not cover the actual racks, only the wheel attached to them. Samsung does not stand behind its warranty. Do not buy Samsung products.

There are too many glitches.
It has been less than 4 months since I bought the Samsung dishwasher. I'm struggling with too many problems. I have to wait for the after-sales technician all day and I have another problem, I replaced the main board and water leaks through the door. Do not buy this product.

Perfect little treasure
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this after not owning a dishwasher for 4 years to teach our children and had read mixed reviews. I'm delighted by how quiet it is while we are still hovering around in the kitchen having conversations and such. I've let a load sit for an entire week and used the storm wash feature to still have completely clean dishes, nothing left caked on. I will mention we rinse our dishes, but the little ones do not always follow suit. I have a family of 4 and we have plenty of space and can even place all the cooking and baking ware in without doubt of them getting completely clean.

Quiet But Poor Rack Design
I will start with the good things: it is unbelievably quiet with a lot of space.
However, the bottom rack rubs against the rubber seal on the right when pushing it back into the dishwasher. This will inevitably break in a few months, I’m sure.

Super Quiet!

When my girl friend runs this dishwasher you'll never know it's on. Also, love the auto door open feature when the cycle is over. We usually run it over night and wake up to clean dry dishes.

Quiet Dishwasher

Very Quiet Dishwasher
