This video will walk you through the simple steps you must take in order to ensure a successful delivery and installation of your new Dishwasher from The Home Depot.
Please ensure the following prior to delivery:
- New dishwasher connection kit
- Water supply line (shutoff) within 6 ft. of hook up
- Electrical outlet within 6 ft. of hook up
- The rough cabinet opening must be at least: 24" W X 24" D X 34–1/2" H
- Measure your rough cabinet opening
- Verify your existing electrical and water connections
- Empty and unplug your old dishwasher

Horrible Dishwasher- Does not clean dishes!!!
This dishwasher does not clean the dishes. When I called Samsung their reply is "you need to clean the dishes with a cloth before putting them in the dishwasher". WHAT???? if i had to clean them with a cloth I would not buy a dishwasher. I had a service tech come out and he said that my water temp was not hot enough. 137 degrees is not hot enough to clean my dishes. Said that 120-140 degrees gets the soap off. Hello my water is hot enough so why the spots and stuff still left on the dishes.

Another great appliance it works great and recommend
Had it delivered and installed ish had to properly install bracket to secure in place that was told by delivery guys couldn't do along with dishwasher discharge line also had to do myself.

Top nozzle broke within 10 days of installation
I bought this appliance last month. Within 10 days of installation, I noticed the top nozzle was preventing the top rack from sliding into dishwasher. Upon further inspection, I noticed the top nozzle has two plastic clips that clip into top metal bracket. The clip had broken (see photo), lowering the upper arm nozzle. Poor quality. Parts should not be breaking so quickly on a brand new appliance.

Do not purchase
Simply put, this dishwasher does not wash your dishes! It matters not which cycle you use, which detergent, where you put the dishes, they come out dirty! I’ve had eight or 10 dishwashers in my lifetime and this one is by far the worst. Buyer beware!

Very quiet dishwasher
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced my Whirlpool of 20 years with this Samsung. This runs very quiet as my old one was so loud, I never realized. I also hooked it up myself as I removed the old one and was familiar with the wiring, drainage, and water hookup’s. This has been a good dishwasher so far and it cleans very well. It has many options for cleaning cycles. It is also touch sensitive on the top of the door, not the front panel. My one minor gripe is that it is hard to tell how much liquid is in the dispenser for the drying and rinse aid.

Disappointing
