It stained
I used this product to seal some vynil and it just stained them and completely ruined my product I will have to replace all stained vynal. I follow the instructions to thw T.

That's odd! Rust-Oleum Seal Krete Original Waterproofing Sealer needs to be applied to a clean and dry surface. You also want to ensure rain is not expected within 12 hours or if the temperatures will fall below 50°F within 24 hours of application. Im not recommending this for roofs and will try and find something made for roofs however I’m just saying that I had a roof of cast concrete tile terra Cota that was covered with moss. After removing the green moss the roof had lost all its glaze and now a powdery terra cota finish. The roof is from 1987 old. I sprayed this on seal Krete Primer Seal Original because there’s not much out there for roofs and this did show a picture of roofing tiles somewhere in the literature or on the container. So I tried it even though. I know it’s for vertical surfaces. I sprayed it on and it’s been on about 4 months. It definitely puts a hard coating on the tile that cant be scratched off. It adds a little pink to the tile color that’s only noticeable from above. Unless I find another product I’ll put this on the entire roof after removing the rest off the moss. Also it’s tricky to apply because it’s like water so I used a paint brush to spread it after spraying it wants to run down the roof. It can look uneven in some places when first applying and even now it’s raining and there may be areas where some water gets through but I only put one coat on and it’s very minimal. It’s recommended 2 coats. When first applying it kind of looks like it’s not doing much but there is a slight satin shine when it drys and the hard glaze is noticeable upon close inspection. I will leave it on as long as it holds up and then paint the tiles. Also it literally glues all the tiles together as well. Also I tried another product (rain guard) on a few of the tiles and it changed the color from the rest of the roof when I put the seal krete on so I I think it’s best to just apply one product. Some things are it changes the color slightly ( adds a white color). It’s the consistency as thin or thinner than water which is a plus because it covers a bigger area.

This product is easy to use and the clean-up is just as easy. When the product dries, it looks like it's still wet and shinny. I used this on the moss/flagstone rocks around the house and it really make the rocks and the grout stand-out and I am very happy with the results. I would recommend this product to anyone who has any kind of brick, masonry stones, or block to use this product and protect your investment.

I used this to bring life back to our 10-year-old, color-in concrete walkway. It was a gold color, but its color faded in patched exposed to sun and rain. So, I bought this thinking I'd bring it back to life. I used a tint with it to make it more of a terracotta color rather than the gold (FYI, the tint said "buff," for the color, but it's just like the bottle looks, which is terracotta). It covered well using more the first coat than the second and applying more to the faded spots than other areas. The coverage stated on the bottle is pretty accurate. Always get more than you need for porous surfaces. It's all done just in time for the rain, which bead up nicely and the surface is much easier to clean. It does leave a nice glow like the surface is wet, but not shiny (satin finish). It really makes the planters inside the walkway pop. I love it! It's beautiful. We're going to try this on the porches as well.

Like other reviewers, after applying this to my spotless paver driveway two days ago, I now have tire tracks all over it! Unbelievable! I will be calling the manufacturer about this! It cost me over $130 for this sealer, and now I have to pay for expensive sealer-remover to take it off. Of course, then I have to buy MORE sealer!

Covered well and sealed Dyebrick painted brick surface in my wood burning fireplace prior to conversion to gas. Can be diluted to achieve perfect adhesion, surface penetration and coverage. More than one coat may be required but are easily applied and dry quickly. Results are color neutral. Home Depot should stock this in their stores, although online ordering and free store delivery was fine.
