Protect and enhance interior and exterior concrete with this Seal-Krete 1 Gal. Clear-Seal Low-Gloss Sealer. It's resistant to chemicals, stains and UV damage to extend the life of bare and concrete painted floors. It also resists mildew to help maintain a clean appearance.

I used this product for unpainted concrete on my small front porch. The surface of my concrete has tiny grooves in it, so 1 gallon did not go nearly as far as I had hoped it would. This stuff has the consistency of skim milk and is extremely runny so after one coat, you can barely tell it was even applied. I'm going back to purchase a second gallon in hopes that 2 coats will be sufficient to protect my concrete. At $30 a can, that's my limit.

3 Coats and Water Penetrates
If you are looking to seal a outdoor patio or pool deck forget it. I applied 3 coats and when I get out of the pool the water penetrates the sealer in places turning dark from moisture. I am so sorry I used this sealer on such a large area. I am pretty sure if water gets through so will wine or BBQ dripings, my primary reason for using a sealer. This will end up costing a fortune to have stripped off. It dries out and looks good, but I know calcium and other water contaminants will eventually start settling under the sealer where the moisture penetrates. This product screwed up my 1000 sq. ft. pool deck and I am depressed to have to go through more work and money to use a professional grade sealer and strip off this one. Water penetrates places where patio furniture is dragged also. It is not a hard or durable surface. Buyer beware. You get what you pay for. Do your homework. I attached a photo of moisture penetration on sealed concrete where I stood after getting out of the pool.

This sealer looks slightly shiny but is not at all slippery.

Perfect Results
Purchased this product to re-seal the fading stamped concrete on my front and back porches. Application was quick and easy. Two coats yielded a nice, semi-gloss finish that was slightly uneven in some spots due to the textured surface. However, coverage is excellent so I had enough product left to apply a 3rd coat and, bingo, the results where superb!!! See photos and judge for yourself. Drying time is only 1 hr. between coats, so you can finish a project without losing the entire day.

That's odd, Kris! Additional coats may be needed to help ensure the best sheen. You also want to ensure that Rust-Oleum Seal Krete Clear-Seal Concrete Protective Coating is thoroughly mixed, so the flatting agents are evenly distributed.

Low luster, perfect for not bringing attention to concrete surfaces with a lot of cracks/imperfections. I also added colored chips to base coat of paint and this sealed the top surface of those chips onto the base coat.
