Hose snapped
I bought this two months ago and absolutely fell in love with it. The vacuum hose snapped and there is no way to reconnect it. Not sure if this is a common issue but I’m very disappointed. I’m having issues trying to find where/who yo contact to get a replacement. I would absolutely recommend this if the hose wasn’t an issue.

They’re great, until they break
My third one of these just broke. They really do clean well but they are not made to last. The plastic on the bottom neck swivel portion must be poor quality. After my first one broke there, I assumed it was a fluke So I bought another. I monitored it carefully. One day I found it cracked on the same part. It was only 6 months old so I spent time with customer service and they replaced it. Now it won’t charge and they won’t replace it! I also notice a hairline crack in the neck

Great idea, not so great execution
Bought this a few months ago for my hardwood floors. Pad keeps folding back, requiring bending over to realign.
Dirt bin is way too small.

Wow this little baby picks up hair way better than dust mop . Well it is a dust mop and vacuum. If you have all hard wood vinyl etc. flooring great . The mopping part works good also . It’s very light weight which is great . Cons , doesn’t stay charged very long was only able to do 4 floors before the battery went dead. So I need to recharge for 3and a half hours , yes I charged it overnight. This would be nice if it did have 1 maybe 2 attachments and the pads were a little bigger for the hair and dirt to go in . So it’s still very good and would be a great gift to anyone with flooring other than carpet pads are a ok price . Would make a great gift for any elderly person as it is easier than using a broom then mop and very light weight. Kids will want to vacuum the headlights make it very fun . Like driving a car on a stick🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Pretty good product
I think that the vacmop is great. I use almost every day. I think I might be addicted. Hahaha. I've been looking for some like this but the 3 in 1s are pricey but when I saw the vacmop, I bought it immediately. The only reason it's not 5 stars is because I would like if it would stand on its on instead of having to find something to lean it on or make a optional kick stand attachment to buy.

2 Sharks down for same reasons
I have owned 2 VacMop within a 2 year time frame. Loved the versatility of the device however is not durable, especially the neck where the hose and head connects. Both of mine were broken at the same area. 1 broken at the hose connecting point and the other broken at the neck (light green) and the head. Disappointed on how the product is built at this area with the lack of replacement items to repair it. The product works great but for the time frame of ownership to the demise of it will not be worthwhile for money. Guess back to the Swiffer product I go.

Thought it would be great
I was so excited to get this for our new floors. I get that it won’t mop our entire house. At first I tried mopping the kitchen area, the absorbent pad started folding in on itself. Ok. Too big of an area, I get it. Fine. So I decided to make it my upstairs contraption. Nope. Couldn’t get half way through my hall without the absorbing pad getting too “full” to absorb any liquid. The vac part works great. If you want to mop anything larger than an extremely small guest bathroom maybe…this is not the product. Super disappointed. Photos of the hall I mopped with a brand new pad installed.

Has become extremely loud
I’ve had my Shark VacMop for about 2 months. I absolutely LOVE it with the exception of the fact it has gotten increasingly louder with age. It still works properly, I made sure there is no “blockage”, change the pads after each use(which is costly) and cannot get any resolution for the noise. It was MUCH quieter when I first purchased it. It’s a Love/Hate relationship.

Great Features but absolutely lousy product
I have bought over eight shark vacmop pros and each one lasts about a month or less. The hose that attaches to the head is brittle plastic and breaks so easily. The part that attaches the head to the body also breaks constantly.it’s very cheap plastic and I have been so very careful not banging around or have never dropped one but they still break all the same. Why do I keep buying because I keep hoping Shark will improve them. Fantastic idea and the motor suction is awesome when the plastic hose is still attached.
