Are these able to be used on glassware to eat off or drink from? I.e. Plates?

Yes, these are what is recommended for that purpose, the baking time seems to be in question, different sites give different temperature and amout of time. Personally i like the lower temp for a longer amount of time

Dear Valued Customer, Looks like 2 great ways to seal would be Mod Podge (which can be found at THD) or a spray sealer, also found at THD. Please see this article : http://paintingrocks.blogspot.com/2012/07/how-to-seal-and-protect-painted-rocks.html It looks like Mod Podge is a good sealer. Or you can use a spray sealer : http://paintingrocks.blogspot.com/2016/12/how-to-prevent-sharpie-permanent.html

Comfortable holding pens, black seems to flow a little to fast causing runs, so far other colors were good. Hopefully they will last awhile and not dry out. Yes, i would recommend for use on cups. My grandkids do love them.
