Hi David, The optimal time to plant is typically in early spring or from late summer to early fall. These periods offer cooler temperatures and increased rainfall, which promote deeper root development and a stronger start for the sod. Sadly, we would not be able to help you with the Seville, because the varieties available in our area are Bermuda, Fescue and Zoysia, which are some great options.
Hi Oaks, a 16pk is 2 8pks. Each 8pk covers 18 sq. ft. If you have any questions reach out to us at customerservice@bethelfarms.com. Thank you!
Thank you for your inquiry. For your area, any of our three varieties of St. Augustine would work! If you need something with better shade tolerance, Palmetto or Seville would be the better choice. Otherwise, its all a matter of preference!
Thank you for your inquiry. We recommend Palmetto St Augustine for your area. You can plant in June but be advised the heat this time of year presents challenges when planting. Please make sure to water at least 2 times per day while the grass is establishing. You will also want to apply DiseaseX and GrubX this time of year.
Thank you for your inquiry, each Pod is 3in by 3in.
