Hi, thanks for reaching out. The mattress size should be at least 27.25 inches wide x 51.625 inches long and should not exceed more than 6 inches thick. The mattress should be of such length and width that the gap between the mattress and the sides of the crib is not more than 1-3/16 inches when the mattress is pushed into the corner of the crib. This is for safety reasons, ensuring no gaps.

Super easy to assemble, sturdy baby crib
Super easy to put together. This is my second crib from Storkcraft and both have been a whiz to construct. With my father in law helping my husband it took a little more than an hour to get it up and standing. Looks great against the pink wall my husband and I constructed for our baby girl's nursery.

Love it! Worth the wait!
Had to wait almost a year for this crib to come back in stock but I’m so glad we did. It’s reasonably priced as far as cribs go, but looks very high-end, it was relatively easy to put together (the only difficult part was installing the metal mattress spring support). Home Depot was awesome about notifying when it returned in stock, delivery was super quick (days faster than the estimated delivery date), and the delivery team even brought it up my steps (it was pretty heavy for me- one tiny lady- to move). Everything was in perfect condition. Overall, very pleased with the entire experience. Note: it did have a strong “new wood” smell that dissipated within a day or two.

Beautiful Crib!
Cutest crib ever!
I've had my eye on the Storkcraft cribs since I found out I was pregnant and I couldn't have picked a better one! The white is beautiful in our daughter's nursery. It's a great quality crib and was easy to assemble (it took around 2 hours for us to completely put it together). Shipping was quick and the crib arrived in perfect condition!

We LOVE this Crib!

It comes neatly packages so none of the pieces were damaged.
The instructions were easy to follow and with two people we had the crib assembled surprisingly fast. You could do it with just one person but it would take longer (there were a few times it really helped t have 2 sets of hands when assembling)
The finished crib was everything we hoped. It was beautiful and very sturdy. I totally recommend this crib for other parents setting up their baby nursery.

BEST crib ever!!

We were dreading putting it together because you always hear horror stories about how long it takes! This crib took under 30 minutes from start to finish it was SO easy the directions were great and easy to read and no unnecessary steps! The color is so perfect and it’s a really well built crib we are so happy with this crib and can’t recommend it enough! We got the matching dresser and can’t wait to see the room transform into the nursery we pictured!

Grows with baby!

It’s very well made and love that it will grow with our baby over the years. The solid back definitely makes a statement and was something we were looking for against the accent wall. We love the clean, sleek look and modern feel. One thing I will say is that I do wish the metal mattress support was white to blend in with the crib better like it does for the grey version of the crib. It’s hidden when the mattress drops down or you can easily add a skirt, so it’s not a deal breaker, but it is a little inconvenient for a white/neutral nursery. Otherwise we’re super happy with the crib and would totally buy it again!

We love our beautiful, modern and sturdy crib!
Immediately fell in love with the style of this beautiful crib and are so happy with our decision. We love the modern look. The crib arrived at the time expected, brand new, exact color and description, included all pieces, and was packaged nicely. Crib assembly was made easy by the straightforward and clear instructions. No additional tools were needed which is a plus! Crib is very sturdy and safe, and we look forward to using it for years to come when we convert the crib to a bed. We have had the crib for a few months now and do not anticipate any wear and tear because of how sturdy and well made the crib is. Would definitely recommend!

Awesome crib!!

I love the look of it, the back of it being the solid piece instead of the bars, it just makes it look so nice! The white is beautiful and it's even better in person than in the pictures. It only took my husband around 30 minutes or so to put it together and the instructions were great and easy to follow. And it feels very sturdy. Very happy with this and love that we can use it for years to come since it converts to other types of beds, that's such a huge bonus! Definitely recommend!

Simply modern

Unfortunately it did come damaged due to our wonderful postal service and possibly not enough packing protection. My husband simply patched and painted it, which gives it it's own uniqueness. My husband put together relatively quickly, the only issue was user error due to having my husband (who hates reading directions) do by himself while I was at work. It feels sturdy and my daughter seems to love it. I'm super excited that it could potentially be used through the ages. The instructions are simple enough and the parts seem to be of better than average quality.
