Colemont White Wood Queen Bed with Curved Headboard (61.97 in. W x 48 in. H)

I got the same style, one king in white and one full in lemon. They are both sturdy and easy to resemble, but the colors are different than the ones on the picture, so I have to give them a 3 stars instead. The white one is actually more like a cream color, which doesn't look bad with my other furniture in soft white at the room. The lemon one is not as bright as the picture. It looks more like a grayish yellow, which doesn't go well with the blue wall. My kid wanted a lively bright color bed and is disappointed with the color, but we decided to keep it because it's difficult to take it back to the store. If you are considering getting the lemon color bed, make sure you are ok with the grayish yellow and it can coordinate with other colors in the room.

This bed was very well built. My husband stated several times while putting it together that it was well made and was excellent quality. We used a chime 12 inch mattress with a 2 inch topper and theres no need for a box spring.

We have only owned this bed for a few months. Over a month ago the wood on the side rail began to split. This is from normal wear and tear. We only have a mattress and no box spring on the bed, so there should be no weight issue. We are very displeased.

Used Home Depot store delivery. Product comes in a very large box that is somewhat difficult to transport. Will need 2 people. Product came as described. Easy Assembly. Have used the product for about 1-month. I would recommend it.

This is a good solid wood bed and very heavy. It took my husband and I less than an hour to put it together. Very easy to follow directions. Once together it is very sturdy and beautiful! I love that it’s a platform bed too. Saves on getting a box spring. Price is reasonable for what you get. Workmanship is good too. No defects like you often find with furniture made in China. My daughter loves it! If you’re looking for a contemporary look I highly recommend this bed!

This Colemont White Wood Queen Bed with Curved Headboard is a simple, but attractive platform bed that utilizes slats to create the platform. The assembly requires only an allen wrench which comes included in the hardware kit. The pieces of the hardware kit and the frame pieces are well marked, and a diagram clearly shows where each piece goes. Most of the joints have nuts manufactured into the frame pieces. Basically, you use dowels and machine type screws to assemble the frame pieces and tightening with the allen wrench. The exception is attaching the assembled platform frame to the headboard. This is completed by using the metal cross dowel inserts that slip into a hole like a dowel. Then a machine screw is slide into another hole perpendicular to the cross dowel, which in turn screws into the cross dowel. Once the frame and headboard assembly is complete, two sets of 7 slats are placed on the frame to create the platform base. The design of this slat system is unique. Looking at a slat set, when opened, you see that the 7 slats are held together with a Velcro strip that is stapled to each slat. One of the set’s end slats has a hole drilled at each end of the slat. The slat with the holes fits toward the center of the bed into a dowel put into the frame side rails. You then see that another Velcro strip is attached to the side rail where the slat Velcro will be placed. This means that you start with the hole slat near the center then separate each slat and at the same time position it onto the Velcro so that the next slat is a set distance from the previous slat. Once both slat sets are positioned on the Velcro, you see that the slats will not slide and lose their correct position. The completed assembly creates a very stable and sturdy platform. The Colemont Queen Bed is an excellent choice for white, modern bedroom decor. Using a 12” foam mattress (not included) means you will crawl into a bed which is approximately 2 feet off the floor. It is well constructed, easy to put together, and attractive.

The Colemont White Wood Bed with it's tall Curved Headboard is absolutely gorgeous. A high quality wooden footboard, matching wooden side rails, central stabilizing bar, and multiple wooden slats combine with the curved headboard to create the most durable, stable bed that undoubtably will last a lifetime. Every single hardware attachment and every single wooden peg fit together perfectly, and aligned perfectly, with every piece in the bed. The craftmanship is superb. The design engineers spared no expense to deliver a top notch piece of furniture. I love it so much. This bed can be assembled by yourself. You don't need a team of people to put it together for you. The wooden pegs hold the pieces in place while you're attaching the hardware. They basically serve as an extra pair of hands. Really genius assembly plan. The steel stabilizing bar with three legs fits right in the middle of the queen sized bed. Even the wooden slats are exceptional. They are held in place on the bed frame with both velcro adhesion and wooden pegs. Everything is so wonderfully connected. It is smart and sensible. The instructions are thoroughly clear and understandable. I never once messed up during the assembly. The bed is so beautiful.

Entire bed arrived in one large box. Heavy and bulky, requires at least two people to get it into the house. Would have been better if it came in two boxes. All the parts seem well made and solid, headboard is substantial. Classic, traditional styling, all white, this bed will pretty much go with anything. Quite a bit of assembly required, but doesn't appear to be too hard. All screws attached using a supplied allen wrench. The feature that sets this bed apart is the added center support beam with three legs, and the 14 wooden slats that the frame uses (see manual pic). This enables the bed to be used with just a mattress, no box spring required, if you choose. Nice flexibility if you decide you don't like a tall bed. Each side rail has a velcro covered support strip that the slats lay on. Each slat also has a velcro strip on each end. When assembled, the bed is pretty much a flat surface, the slats are even with the top of the side boards. Two of the slats have some kind of adhesive surface that must be to hold your mattress/box spring in place. I don't know how well it works, I haven't assembled my bed yet...waiting on some replacement parts.

This headboard is beautiful and well made.

This is a lovely bed. It arrived on time and was very easy to assemble. I bought this for my daughter's room after she saw a similar bed at Ikea. The quality and sturdiness of this bed is great and I would recommend buying it in the future.
