I love this set! I do agree with some of the other reviews about it being hard to put together, because it was. It took alot of muscle and the bolts did not line up just right with the holes --- BUT... in my book it's well worth the hard work! I love it and it looks great on my patio! I added some cute red pillows, a blue rug and red geraniums with a red white and blue flag complete this set! (the photo doesn't show the flag, I added it for Memorial Day!) I RECOMMEND THIS SET!

The chairs are nice, the table is a bit low for me, have to bend down too much to reach for what you put on it. The cushions are terrible, stiff foam that feels almost like a board. Hoping I can find a replacement that is the same size otherwise will probably not use cushions (chair is comfortable without cushions). The reason for my low ratings: Quality control. Miserable experience putting these together. Home Depot should pull these from their website and insist Hampton Bay address the issue. Chairs should be very easy and quick to assemble, 2 pieces (top and bottom), 4 nuts to tighten and two bolts to align and tighten. Both chairs would have been quick as all the nuts and 1 bolt on each chair were easy and completed in about 5 minutes. The other 2 bolts took about 45 minutes EACH and did not go in straight (hope they hold). The two pieces of metal with holes were way off in alignment, pictures showing the one side properly lined up and the other side that is way off. Then to cap it all off, the plastic chair glide/cap was missing on one leg. Overall, for the amount of effort required to put these together I think the set is over priced.

Great product almost
Looks nice, the plastic wicker is tolerable and the reason for the good price. You will love it less when you attempt to line up the holes to the bolts. They do not line up requiring a loit of strength to get them to match. With my own high quality tools I was able to seat and tighten all six on on one chair, but only four on the other. It still holds up well. Total struggle time 45 minutes. Happy with product but not with design and assembly.

I bought two sets of these when they were on special. Put together as soon as they showed up at door. Being a little unsure because of ordering online, I was hesitant, but these turned out to be great pieces to add to my lanai. They are a smaller chair, so if space is limited, they are perfect. Putting together took a little muscle work as the metal needed to be “stretched” out for the screw holes to match up. I plan on putting the four I received around in a circle for sitting. I added my own pillows that I made previously, and they look awesome with these!

The metal frames for all three pieces were bent. It took two of us to push the chair frames into place
to get the nuts and bolts lined up to assemble
properly. The table was really badly mis-shaped. We had to get a heavy person to basically sit on it to bend it back straight. My only other option was return it which I did not want to do. So only buy this set if you want to take a chance that you will have to “muscle it” into the shape it’s supposed to be.
