Very Nice Stand!!
Reason for subtracting a star is an 11' hammock does not really fit this stand as advertised.....I had to purchase additional hardware (an S-hook), in order for my 11' hammock to fit. With provided hardware you hit bottom....still only have about 2 inches of space but it works....(for now)

The stand arrived on time
The stand arrived on time and now that it is built it looks good. The only problem is that the instructions are only drawings of the parts and are so small. They should include verbiage on how to assemble. I had no idea what one part even was. Turned out to be something that holds the screw in place while turning the other side tight. They say it’s easy for two people to assemble. It is essential to have two people! And one of them needs to be very familiar with assembling similar items!

mediocre at best
I'm undecided on the quality of this product. There is a decent size break/cut/split in one of the pieces of wood that I am not sure will last in the long run. Additionally, I am skeptical that this hammock stand will hold 400 lbs since it already seems a little flimsy when my wife and I (total weight 320 lbs - she's pregnant) are already making it wobble just by being in it. It seems very flimsy. I just haven't had time to contact the company about the crack in the wood. It's a shame because I was very excited to use it but I am doubtful that this thing is going to last more than a couple years. You are welcome to contact me if you wish.

Great Product
I ordered this while on backorder and was pleasantly surprised when I got a notification that it had shipped several weeks early. The order unfortunately was being held hostage at a local FedEx warehouse and when I finally got my package over a week later, it was damaged. I reached out to the customer service team and they immediately offered to send me a brand new stand and I didn't have to go through the hassle of sending the damaged one back.
After I finally received the stand I was impressed with the quality. It is heavy duty and holds myself and my husband on the 2 person hammock that we purchased with no strain. It definitely takes 2 people to set up. I tried to do it myself but found it much easier to have someone hold the pieces as I screwed them in. The stand is beautiful, I have gotten lots of compliments on the aesthetic.

I teally liked the rack but there were cracks in...
I teally liked the rack but there were cracks in important areas that I thought would not stand the test of time and frequent use.
