We are sorry to hear your countertop was damaged during shipping. The parcel carriers could be a little careless at times and although we use additional protection when packaging heavier pieces like this one, sadly it still happens from time to time! Here is a repair option our factory recommends; use CP1400 Glue with accelerator to fill with a palm sander. The sawdust fills in with the glue and its almost if not totally invisible because it is an exact match. Seal and refinish with Pre-Catalyzed Clear Lacquer, Matte Finish, M102-0416.
