The 4K Ultra HD resolution allows you to see images in spectacular quality. You are able to describe faces, tattoos, and zoom in on licenses plates. Feel secure knowing your footage and images are stored on a massive 2TB hard drive up to 60-days. For added security and online storage we have integrated Dropbox. Face recognition allows you to add an unlimited amount of faces to trigger recordings or push notifications. Expand your system by adding 6 more compatible Swann cameras to cover blind spots for added protection.

Doesn't do what they say it will!
Terrible attempt to human and vehicle detection. I get 100's of false notifications with this system. The system only allows you to setup advance antilithics not basic. So very limited customization. I specifically asked can you have facial detection and human detection on the same camera before purchase and was told yes. Well that's not true. I turned off motion detection on on camera because it was notifying me 50 to 100 times an hour and it still picked up something and sent out notifications. I have spoke with tech support 4 times in 2 days and they can't solve anything. I have called in 3 times today each time they call me back they hang up and I lose my place in line. Beware this product is worse than the election it will drive you crazy on false alerts. Also before you reply , Sir just call our technical department why don't you see that I have and trying having a top tech person call me to see if these issues can be resolved. I'll Wait..

PIR sensors work optimally when the camera is mounted around looking down somewhat and the subject of detection passes across their front. The more the object must "cross" the front of the camera the better the detection reliability. When placing your camera try to avoid situations where the subject would move straight toward the camera if possible. You may need to experiment with the sensitivity settings in the app and camera placement to get the ideal mix of detection. Due to a large number of inquiries, our support teams may be slightly delayed in getting back to you. If you are unable to get a hold of tech support please call customer support during business hours and we will set you for a callback. Customer service is open Monday- Friday 8:30 AM - 5 PM PST. Nor installation.
Very good picture quality even when zoomed in. Easy installation since each camera only requires a cat cable (60 ft cables provided). I used much longer cables. Phone app works well.

Great Security System Very Clear
I had a Swann Security System before I loved it. But Wow Now I bought this one and I am impressed. Very Clear and you can do a ton of things with this DVR. Love this System will recommend to anyone who wants a GREAT Security System.
