A full size, stainless steel disc over a heavy gauge aluminum base provides superior heat distribution and maximum anti-warping protection. For added ease, ergonomically designed riveted silicone handles for comfortable gripping. This set is dishwasher safe and oven safe to 350˚F.

Did a lot of research before I bought this cookware set. T-Fal makes a lot of cookware I wanted a durable non-stick cookware set that would not break the bank the professional total non-stick was rated the highest.. This set is solid not too heavy. Love the glass lids so I can see inside pots without taking top off. I have used it everyday for the last couple of months and it still looks brand new and nothing sticks. I hand wash and dry only. I DO NOT put in dishwasher even thought it says dishwasher safe. Highly recommend this set
Pros: Easy to Clean, Looks Great, Good Size & Weight, Nice Design, love thermo-spot heat indicator, stay-cool silicone handle, see through lids

I know my way around a kitchen pretty good - have no problem paying $35 for a paring knife or $100 for a good 10-12 inch kitchen knife. I owned a set of T-Fall that was a much lighter set and got 8 years out of it...when our 'good' set of cookware got disintegrated in our self clean oven, I bought this set. I will also be buying the 12 in skillet next. I am totally pleased with the even heat and durability...Sets costing $400-500 may perform only slightly better but even for seasoned cooks, the difference, which is barely noticeable, isn't worth the price difference... IF you're looking for a set of non-stick cookware, you won't be disappointed in this set of T-Fal Professional cookware!!

I already own the T-fal 12.50" professional skillet and LOVE IT! So I wanted the 2 smaller skillets also. When I found this set, I couldn't believe the price. To purchase the 2 additional skillets alone, that are contained in this set alone, would cost almost $50, now I get an additional 8 pieces for very little additional cost.
Pros: Easy to Clean, Looks Great, Good Size & Weight, you can use metal utensils
Cons: lids do not fil the skillets only the pots

This was a gift for my mother-in-law and she loves it! She loves the glass lids and the nonstick surface. The black is attractive and we expect this to last her for quite a number of years. I am impressed with the solid construction compared to the value in price. T-fal is a good brand and I've also had luck with it. I use two of my t-fal frying pans daily and they still look great after 4 years!

excellent set of pans, this is our 2nd and the first lasted ten years and still going now being used elsewhere will only continue to purchase in future. These pans are thicker harder to dent on edge, the coating is very durable and cook great at lower temps.
