Realistic appearance
It has taken me literally more then two weeks to figure out where I wanted to place these peel & stick stones. These partitions are very bulky and do resemble a realistic stone wall effect. Love the color of gray, which is a super match for my dark gray wall. However, my biggest issue is there are no instructions so I’m unsure of how to cut the ends, so it is even on the sides. The pieces do interlock in a way, but you have to really pay attention because there’s going to be a mismatch on the ends. I don’t know if a utility knife would suffice or if I should use a razor blasé. I don’t want to damage the pieces because I think once you start cutting, it will flake the material sort of like Styrofoam. I assume that’s what the inside is made of because these are very lightweight. I like the aesthetically pleasing design and appearance. I just cannot finish my project until I know what to use to fill-in the ends. This product seems very durable and like I said, it’s light enough and with them being locked together, I don’t think they would easily separate from your surface wall. Maybe even use a nail gun to give it extra support. It’s another great choice.

Looks like real stone
These Stick-A-Stone Peel and Stick panels are great. We choose the Nature's Spirit interlocking faux stone panels. There are 8 pieces in each box. One box of starter strip and 3 boxes of panels gave us plenty to get started. They are made of high-quality polyurethane and are fire rated with a 25-year warranty. We have an older red fireplace so I decided to try these on there. We don't really use the fireplace anymore so I wasn't worried about having a fire in there. I tried to aligned each piece to try them since they are interlocking. I didn't apply them because I knew they had to be adjusted to look right. My husband took over since he had to straighten them out. We did see that we could buy accessories like corners and trim if needed. Even though it says the backs have industrial strength adhesive he used a construction type adhesive to be sure they stayed in place. The 4 boxes covered a lot but we got a few more boxes to finish. It makes a big difference now because it changed the whole appearance to make it look like an authentic stone fireplace. This was a perfect do it yourself project for us.

Fantastic Faux Stone Product
We live in a 1950's house with a concrete footing running the length of our basement family room that I hoped to camouflage, so I decided to try the Stick-a-Stones. I was pleasantly surprised! They are so beautiful & realistic looking. Unless you touch them, you will be fooled into thinking they are real stones. I chose the color “Nature’s Spirit” for its warm grey, beige, & charcoal tones. They are also super simple to install. An adhesive backing covers the back. Just peel & stick. (However, see note below) They also have UV protection and are class A fire rated. The tiles are quite thick, yet super lightweight. Since they are made of a dense foam, any trimming can be easily done with a dremel type tool. I simply touched up any cuts with craft paints. I also reduced the thickness of a couple of pieces that would have stuck out too far at the base of connecting stairs, then attached with construction adhesive. (Just specific to my need) Note - I would caution to follow directions regarding applying to a clean smooth surface when just relying on the sticky back, as I ran into an issue where several tiles loosened and fell off. This was totally my fault; the concrete footing turned out to have a very uneven surface. If one falls off, it can be a challenge to put it back in place as they interlock. I had to do a bit of trimming, then add a few dabs of construction adhesive. In hindsight, I could have applied them to a thin foam backer board first. Again, that was my fault, so I decided to use a small amount of construction adhesive during the remaining install. Overall I am so happy with this product and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

Realistic Stick a Stone
I received these as a promo. First, they are very realistic and pretty easy to install. One problem I had was the starter panels I received were a much darker grey than the rest of the product. Overall, the product is awesome looking! One thi g to be aware is each panes is very thick, so you want to take this in consideration when selecting the area where you want to install them. They are very lightweight and easy to cut.

If you know what to expect, if can work
I have a lot to say about this product, so if you are interested in applying it to your home or project, I hope you'll read this. I was looking for a cheaper alternative to real stacked stone and was thrilled when I saw this "faux stone" that says you merely need to peel and stick to apply it and you're done! Well, naturally, I assumed it was a little more complicated, but figured I'd read the directions when it arrived. But peel-and-stick outdoor tile? I'm a retired woman with a husband who still works and is not at all interested in even more work when he gets home, so it's up to me if I want to bring our 130-year-old house into the 21st Century - and I do. So I started out with four boxes (8 tiles each) and a box of "starter corner tiles," which the company recommends. The starter tiles aren't strictly necessary, but it does save you the trouble of cutting the first two tiles, because none of the tiles have flat sides; they all look the same, as a matter of fact. That is to say, the pattern or way they look is completely different, but the cut-out pattern, like the "puzzle piece," is very much identical. I like that, actually, because as I went along in the project, it was much easier not to make a mistake. You get used to what it is you need to do. And this IS a DIY-friendly project, as much as you hear me complain in this review. In fact, the project I did, covering the foundation of our porch (the front of it, as of yesterday), looks quite impressive! My neighbors are amazed, as is my own family. I won't deny it's beautiful and looks like a professional did it. But how I got there was sort of a nightmare. The first surprise was opening a box of these 8 tiles and finding there were zero instructions. The company on their site tells you to contact them if you have problems (800 number provided, along with notes saying they have instructional videos). Well, I didn't have a problem per se - yet - but I also had no clue What To Do, really, to use their product except to do what the box said: peel, stick, you're done. So I thought, maybe you don't need any more instruction other than that? Seemed kind of odd to me, but okay. But I was not too comfortable with that, especially with the price of these and the fact that I had ordered additional boxes that were on the way to finish the entire house. And the adhesive strip is thick, and I imagined if you tried to take it off, it would be very messy and unforgiving. But who knew? I didn't. So I tried the company's website, but found zero videos concerning installation, just a lot of self-promotion. Went back to the product details on the Home Depot site and found no product "manual" or further help under specifications or information about this product. I was beginning to think this company had 3 work-from-home employees. I resorted to spending an hour reading every question and answer I could find from other similar style tiles from the same company, and that's where I learned that the company recommended using an adhesive caulk called Loctite 300 PL, as well as "perhaps" a Tapcon (concrete screw) if you plan to adhere the tiles to concrete! Well, who knew? That was the exact surface I was planning to adhere MY tiles to! Good to know! SO glad I played Ms. Detective and stumbled on that after an intensive search, huh? But no other significant info gathered from the Q&A, so I figured this may or may not be a fun time, but I was all in. I know this is getting to be a long narrative, so I will try to be as concise as possible here. I did learn that there IS DEFINITELY an adhesive caulk needed, at the very least. You CAN and probably SHOULD use a Tapcon screw (one is enough) through the lip of each tile before you apply the adjoining tile over the lip. I did not, only because I tried, and it took a solid minute to drill the hole with my masonry bit because I'm an old lady, I guess, and don't have the strength! My poor drill bit was yelling at me and burning up and so while I did get the Tapcon in easily after drilling the hole, I just did not want to sit in the sun for an extra minute and go through 3 extra hours. I bought 6 tubes of Loctite 300 PL, as recommended by the company, and went through a little over one of the tubes before I realized about 8 tiles were slowly sliding down the foundation wall. I had been peeling off the read plastic sheet over the adhesive black area on each tile, running a random blob line of caulk on each of the two big adhesive areas (see photo) and then carefully placing it next in line to the adjoining tile, then holding it in place for about a minute. By then, it seemed to grab pretty well (in my opinion), but still I would sort of watch it while I got the next tile ready. But no, that caulk is very thin and runny, and in fact, I read the fine print later, which stated it takes up to a week to cure! I was so upset I did not know what to do. Actually found some tall BBQ skewers in the house and used those to hastily hold each tile I had used the caulk on overnight before I figured out a Plan B. And that Plan B ended up being another caulk, despite what the company recommended, since that caulk bombed. I spent an hour reading the back of every adhesive caulk in the rack at Home Depot and ended up getting Liquid Nails Heavy Duty. I am not saying anyone who buys these tiles should use that particular brand (it specifically says not recommended for foam in the fine print, but I don't believe the foam in these tiles meets the same standard), but it worked beautifully for me, these tiles stuck and held after about five minutes, with zero sliding, and they have been up now for a few days. And that's another thing; I cannot say anything about the long-term wear or weatherability of these tiles, as I have not had them long enough to say. However, they are not "soft" like foam in any way, they do not "give" in any way, and if I've sounded negative (as I have), I do not mean to say they are unattractive. They are, in fact, very nice and look beautiful. They do exactly what they are supposed to do, which is to look like the neighbors' more expensive real stacked-stone foundation! LOL The bottom line is that, while they turned out fine and look good now, I believe strongly that a company should, at a minimum, include instructions with its product! Short of that, their website should have instructional videos or provide the bare minimum so that their customers can wade through the MANY issues they may have and I DID have. An 800 number is fine, I suppose, but I never called it because I saw that the one recommendation I did follow turned out not to be reliable, so I was wary of the advice I would get, to be honest. I relied on my own brain in this instance, because I instinctively felt that was the best thing to do in this case. The last thing I'll say that I did an 18-foot foundation, consisting of two even rows of these tiles, and I ended up using 5 boxes of tiles and 1 starter tile (I have not done the other side of the porch; I need to order 2 more boxes!). So please consider the cost; these are pretty small tiles, 13.75 inches by 8.5 inches each, plus a tube of caulk per box if you're working outside and applying to a porous surface. While my project looks good, I just think this product is overpriced, probably because it's a fairly new product, so maybe the cost will come down in the future when there is more supply and competition. I don't know. Just seems a bit expensive. So all in all, like the looks, do not like the trouble I had to go through, but if you know ahead of time, it may be the tile for you.

Realistic faux stone
The product came well packaged with 2 pieces each wrapped in plastic in between cardboard and padding. I was a bit disappointed with the actual color of these faux stones. On line they look more beige/brown. In person they look more grey to me. That being said, they are a pretty realistic 3D stone. They are about 1 1/2 inches thick (which I thought they would be thinner) and measure approximately 14x8.5. I initially wanted to apply them to the bottom half of my porch pillar, but I couldn’t cut the corners good enough even using a mitre saw. Then I thought 2 1/2 feet up on the sides of the garage doors, but when you cut the end you loose the coloring and it’s just the white inside showing. Looked into touch up paint, but too pricey for me. I finally decided to apply it inside as a backsplash between my lower and upper cabinets up stairs. Laid it out first and then peeled and stuck the pieces to the wall and the cut ends don’t show. Fairly quick and easy using just a hand saw. When project completed I actually like it a lot. It will even look better after I paint the old honey oak cabinets.

Beautiful faux stone
I’ve been wanting to put an accent wall in my mudroom and I thought stone would be too much of a hassle to do. I found this product and thought I would give it a try. For indoor installation it’s a heavy duty peel and stick for outside construction adhesive is recommended for installation. This is a lightweight product, not sure what it is made out of but it’s much sturdier than foam. Looks fantastic, I cannot tell that it’s not real stone. This was easy to install and it can be cut with a handsaw. I think I will get more to skirt around my house!

Great Backsplash
I have wanted a stone like backsplash to go behind my stove for the longest, but I couldn’t find the right one. I love the color of these, the fact that they are extremely light weight and self adhesive. All you have to do is just peel and stick. The only negative is that they are a little thick, I wish they were a little thinner in depth which would make them not stick out as far from the wall.

Tritan BP's Stick-A-Stone 8 piece pack
This was my first time using a product like this, and I was pleasantly surprised by how beginner-friendly it is. I do recommend picking up the starter strip—it made a noticeable difference in getting the first-row level and stable, which really helped set the tone for the rest of the project. The panels look fantastic in person, with a natural texture and color variation that convincingly mimics real stone—delivering a high-end look without the weight or complexity of actual masonry. Despite being a faux product, each piece feels solid and well-crafted. When installed correctly, there's no noticeable repetition or awkward seams, and the interlocking design makes the installation process smooth and straightforward. Overall, this is a fantastic choice for anyone wanting to add the beauty of stone to a space without the high cost or labor of traditional stonework. Bottom line: If you're after a high-quality, realistic, and easy-to-use stone alternative, Stick-A-Stone delivers. It perfectly balances aesthetics with convenience. Highly recommended!
