How are you doing? Do you? I need to put anything underneath this this product will be going on a subfloor.
This product comes with a pre-attached underlayment, so additional underlayment is optional. If you choose to add one, we recommend using ABATEC Underlayment, available under Home Depot Internet #310145273. Good luck with your project!
Why isn't the flooring sitting flush on the top
If your Breaksea Island flooring is not sitting flush, the subfloor may be uneven or the click-lock joints may not be fully engaged. MSI requires the subfloor to be clean, dry, and flat within 1/8 inch over 6 feet. High or low spots can prevent the planks from locking together properly and may cause raised edges or visible gaps. Inspect the locking joints for debris or damage, correct any uneven areas, and reinstall the affected planks according to the installation instructions. Good luck with your project!
What’s the thickness of the attached underlayment?
