Q:I need replacement Gray Brown boards. Where/how can I get them? Is there an alternative under a different name? This is all throughout my house, I've seen other responses below where you suggest boards that are almost twice as thick as this 7mm product.

          So many chips
Had this flooring installed for about a 1 1/2 years. Easy Install, not worth it long term. We have had to replace certain areas due to animal & kid accidents/spills that was cleaned up immediately, floor bubbled and had to be replaced, cannot believe damage happened so quickly. The worst part is the chips though, doesn't matter where there are large chips where the natural knot design is located, on the edges where the boards meet or directly in the center. EVERYWHERE! Don't waste your money!

            Chips, Chips, and MORE CHIPS
Writing this in the middle of install - this floor looks fine, it's nothing special, it's too flexible and lacks structure. The biggest issue is the coating is VERY brittle and VERY WEAK (in spots). Chip after Chip - using an edge block - it's just a few random spots that seem to Chip right along the edge. Most are fine, but then (shown in pic) you barely tap the end of a plank and surprise! I cannot recommend this product for any DIY installer.

                Didn’t last very long
This is my hallway that isn’t even subjected to much traffic. It’s like this after 1 year. My boys’ room is even worse. Disappointed. The flooring we replaced was in better shape than this. Warranty requires that we uninstall it and bring it back…we live 4 hours from where we bought it. I painted the worn out spots black and it looks a little better but I shouldn’t have to do this. I think without the little black groove, it wouldn’t have warn out like this. It might not have been as obvious with a lighter color.

                  Beautuful flooring!
I put this flooring down in the entire house we remodeled. It turned out beautuful! Everybody comments on the floor

First flooring project, and it was a breeze.
The laminate was easy to cut with a SkilSaw. It took about 2 hours for 3 inexperienced people to install 200 Sq ft of this flooring. It easily locked into place. You can't beat the feeling or look of the flooring at this price. (Room is Real Teal by Behr, baseboards still have to be installed)

                      Buyer Beware
This flooring might look decent and at a good price but it’s awful. I’ve done plenty of flooring and this was by far the WORST for installation. Not only do edges break with every gust of wind but trying to get them to actually lock together is just terrible. Easily the worst flooring I’ve ever purchased and I will not be making that mistake again. Affordable with a good look, but not worth the install. Returning 9 boxes since I can’t bring back all 10 after attempting the first box. Don’t waste your time

                        Great for the price!
I put this flooring down in a bedroom and laundry room. It was easy to cut with my flooring snap and goes together surprisingly well. Really like the color and the price was right. Would definitely buy again.
