Is trex more expensive than pressure treated wood per foot
If installation is on top of a roof, is there a under decking that needs to be installed if placing on top of a commercial roof. Ex, Padding, insulation, etc.
Can this product work for a car trailer deck?
No way. It is not designed to carry that much weight. Car trailers need 2" by x" boards to safely carry the weight of the car.
Can these be used on a dock that gets submerged a couple times a summer?

Can these boards use supports spaced @ 24”?
Hi John, thank you for reaching out. The maximum joist spanning for our 1x6 boards is 16" on center as long as the boards are installed perpendicular to the joist and it's for a residential application. ~ Trex Customer Care Team
Can these composite boards be used to cover a cement porch? If so what type of adhesive is recommended?

can these be pre-cut into 4' lengths before we pick them up?
If you have a circular saw and a straight edge you could cut them in the parking lot. I see people do that often. If you have to special order like we did, we had it delivered and cut ourselves. Depends on how much you need to buy.
HOme depot can cut wood that is in stock but they give you like one cut for free and any additional cuts they charge extra. If they have these boards in stock, they could cut them for you but would charge per cut.
