Do not mess up, can't get parts
Grill is fine except we messed up the posts, our fault not theirs. Tried to buy new ones and customer service was a disaster. Will not allow me to just buy posts.

Parts can be ordered at a local Home Depot store. Home Depot can contact the manufacturer and special order the post.

Not as shown
The pole that comes with the grill has a hole in it thats 3-7/8" down from the top so you can secure the grill. However, not only does the grill itself NOT have a hole in it, it only has 3" of collar. Extra work is needed to make sure you can secure your grill. I would recommend another company that sells their components together.

The grill should have all the components and hardware to secure the grill to the post. Possibility some of the hardware was lost in transit.

Very happy with the rugged nature of this grill, looking forward to many years of use. Very heavy duty, well built. Delivery time was better than expected.
Did NOT receive the hardware that was supposed to be included. Contacted manufacturer by phone, then was required to submit all the same information via e-mail (which I did immediately after I hung up the phone) and still have not received a reply or the hardware. Replaced it myself so I could finish the installation. Not a big expense, but I already paid for it once, and the customer service should be better.

They keep getting sent with the wrong size pipe to install in the ground.
