                  A:  They may be a little bit smaller than the claimed capacity of 13 gallons. I can fill a bag nicely (but still have room for a twist tie) with the contents of my 8 gallon recycling bin. If you're asking about the dimensions of a bag, they are 27" long and 28" wide (7" off the roll).

                        The bag is durable and does not tear easily. However, the bottom is gathered and doesn't open all the way or hold as much. There are no flaps or drawstrings so it isn't as easy to close. Because there are more drawbacks than what I would like about this bag, I will look for a different bag. I give it 3 stars because it is durable even though it doesn't cost much. But again it doesn't hold that much because of the bottom being gathered and no flaps at the top.
