The Pro Series 4 in. x 4 in. x 6 ft. Scalloped Routed End Fence Post is designed for use with the Veranda Pro-Series Westchester scalloped spaced picket fence panel and gate. Most fence runs will use a combination of end, corner and line posts. This vinyl post resist rust and won't splinter or decay, keeping your fence looking attractive with very little maintenance. Posts feature a lightweight design and are constructed with a UV-resistant material. Panels, gates and post caps sold separately.

Vinyl Posts Sold By Home Depot Do Not Match Fence Sections.
Home Depot shows hundreds of vinyl fence posts but none of them match with the Vinyl fence panels that they sel. If you look at a fence section, there is no info about what fence posts you need for the panel. If you look at the posts, there is no indication or reference to what fence posts are needed. I ordered several fence panels and posts but found that the fence sections were not as advertised and did not fit with the posts. Several chats and telephone contacts did not resolve this problem. Basically, it is not feasible to order fence sections or vinyl posts from Home Depot.

Very Dissappointed
For some reason EVERY end post that I have gotten has the holes cut out too big for the rails, the holes are so oversize that the locking tabs on the rail cannot engage and the rail fits very sloppy into the holes, so far ive sent back 4 end post with this problem but they keep sending me new ones with the same issue, this problem is only with the end posts, the corner and inline posts are fine with very tight fitting holes, Home Depot was suppose to contact the maker of these posts and let them know about this problem, but as of right now the problem still exist!!!

very happy with the quality of product, but I had to file the hole corners so that it would accept the fence rails- just too tight.
