Not going to review each and every component of the railing system. The Veranda railing syatem is top notch and oh so simple to install. I have used these rails now 3 times and all 3 times the result of the finished product was outstanding. Just finished the railings on my new pool deck and the only thing I wasn't really happy with is the gate kit which has not yet been installed in the photo.My only complaint is the price oif the gate kit,had to buy an additional 6ft section of railing to build a 36" gate.So the 36" gate ends up costing well over $200.

This product looks great. We purchased almost 150ft of traditional railing and 3 gates. Installed most of the railings on the new deck (3/4 of the rails) and it looked fantastic. Continued to older section of house and the rails were too short( by 4 inches). So utterly disappointed after expressing explicitly that I needed actual 8ft rails. 10ft sections needed to be purchased and they are a different style. So either take out all of the railing down return and purchase the next series which is more expensive or do the in a different series on the porch and add another $700 :( ordered the 10ft. Installed 2 gates one at 36’ and one at 48’. the 48’. Sags terribly and tried multiple ways to rectify with no luck. So I am unsure how everything will turn out.

Looks great. My husband and I assembled this on a weekend. Assembly took a long time because our deck is not even due to having older, pressure treated wood. After getting the posts level, it became much easier. We used the post install kits. Im thinking that a new, level composite deck would have made the process that much easier. The screws for the post install kit should be smaller, as they hit the metal post and don't work. We had to buy smaller screws. We ended up going with the solar post caps and think it was worth the extra splurge.

These railings look wonderful on our decks. Easy to install. Don't skip the foam tape inside because they will rattle. Very well made.

Rail looks really good after installed, very happy. One of my kits was missing the sticky back foam for the rail spindle support. Does not come with any brackets. They need to be purchased separate. Wish they would come with the kit and purchase extra if needed.

The black rails were okay but they needed to be wider for the porch. This was not a stair rail I was installing. It was a porch rail that I was looking for. It looks okay.

Nice item requires a separate mounting kit to be purchased. When I lifted mine into place the foam strips occasionally slipped to the side so a certain number of the upright stiles can now rattle in heavy winds. Home Depot does NOT carry the matching rails for the stairs. I modified my set with slightly opening up the holes in the top rail to get my 27 degree up angle. Worked pretty well. The top rail had to be cut 2 inches offset in order to keep the stiles vertical. The stair mounting kit is available but rather expensive.

Instead of selling the parts individually I’d make it a bundle with all the parts nessesary so first time buyers like myself don’t get mixed up or miss any pieces
