The product is great and works as expected. I ordered through Home Depot and was counting on the delivery of the item by a specific date. I kept checking the status using the link provided and it did not ever update. Finally, a week before I was promised delivery, I contacted Home Depot to confirm it would still arrive on time. They indicated they would check as this item ships directly from the manufacturer. In this case, a day later the status updated and a couple days later, I had the item actually a day or two early from the promise date. However, I am convinced had I not contacted Home Depot, it would have not arrived on time, or possibly at all. I think there was a problem with the order integration between Home Depot and the manufacturer and they needed to manually needed to push the order through so it did not sit in order purgatory.
