A:  The plastic conduit is removable and could be carefully cut to the desired length to fit your application.

A:  The middle section of Wall Drain Pro is an 11 1/2 " extrusion piece. You could easily measure the length you need and cut the excess off the middle part then reconnect the end pieces.

        Works
I am taking in my first project using a retaining wall and this is exactly what is required for the job. My yard drains in a way that all the rain runoff pools in a garden in the side of my yard. I am going to build up the garden and have a retaining wall that drains out one of the sides. I will need this item to install proper drainage through the wall.

        So glad I found this!
I am a DIY hardscape amateur building a low retaining wall to hold gravel under a deck using concrete blocks, but I have a pipe that directs my HVAC condensation down-slope parallel to the house that needs to be able to escape through this wall. I'd been procrastinating due to not being sure how to tackle this issue without it looking sloppy. Now, all I need to do is run the HVAC drain pipe to this drain and problem solved! This drain size fits between the 12x8x4 blocks perfectly and will give the wall a much nicer, professional look.

Drain for retaining walls or anything you can imagine
This is an extremely useful drainage unit. One side can easily fit between two cinder blocks or two flat rocks. The other side can be attached to a longer drain or have a drain grate attached to drain out. Beyond retaining walls, you can use this in many areas. The rectangular end can be cut. For example, I plan on using it at the edge of my patio. There is one area where water backs up. This will allow the water to drain across my flower box and onto my lawn.

        it's ok
This is a unique drain system for location at the bottom of a block wall. Made of plastic with connection to 4" pipe. Looks like it purpose is to day light water build up behind the wall and exit at grade level exposed side. Slip together assemble makes for easy connections. Looking at the exit side 3/4 is faux with only 1/4 of actual drain. My observation I would still cut the exterior block for fitment or the block run will be offset . Probably would also cut off Faux part too to make the cut cleaner . For our use we don't day light drain seepage but divert to underground drainage. '

        Keeps water away from foundation
Wall Drain Pro just solved an issue that has plagued our home since we moved in three years ago. Our property is on a slope, so the driveway delivers a ton of water right to the corner of the house. In our climate, with frequent heavy rains and summers where rain comes every day, the clay soil gets saturated and doesn't let water move out of it. Even though we encapsulated the crawlspace, we still see humidity issues there that the dehumidifier cannot keep up with during two seasons of the year. I needed a solution that could run along a very narrow space at the bottom of the drive and channel water into a drainpipe. All the other solutions were very expensive and very ugly, more suited to industrial situations than residential ones. I have installed one Wall Drain Pro at the stepdown at the bottom of the drive. The face is only a few inches wide, so it blends right into the landscaping around the stepdown. I will be installing another at the other side of the stepdown, and a pair at the lower corner of our secondary parking pad. This will allow me to divert water at several points higher up the driveway. The water will end up in the garden and lawn rather than at the foundation. I researched foundation weep systems and others that cost tens of thousands of dollars to install, and found that with clay, they offer little to no assistance. Keeping the water away from the house is key. This Wall Drain Pro makes working off the driveway easy, DIY friendly, and so cost-effective it's almost ridiculous. The plastic is a sturdy 1/16" at the smallest points. The front of the drain is much thicker, so this will last for years. I like that it's plastic and not metal because the front will be easier to cut if I need to install this flush at a lower height than the product sits. It also comes in grey and tan. The ones I'll install higher up will likely be these other colors as they will blend in with the different landscaping on the higher parts of the yard. I found nothing to dislike and a huge amount to like with this product. And the relief of knowing I can do something without calling in people for many thousands of dollars is priceless. When we get to the retaining walls on the lower part of the property, I will of course be using the Wall Drain Pro there, too!

        Great waterflow solution
I chose this Wall Drain Pro retaining wall block drain because my 3 foot retaining wall by my cottage is falling apart. I have the down spout extension emptying into my plant area below it which is causing it to move the concrete blocks out of place (see attached pics). I think this drain will be a great solution to my problem when I can have the retaining wall professionally re-done in October. It's made of a hard plastic so I'm hoping it won't crack with the weather changes in Michigan. The measurements of this drain are indicated on my attached pictures. The section that is visible to people can be cut to desired height. There's an installation video available (recommended by manufacturer) at LANDSCAPEINNOVATIONSUSA.COM. This product comes in black, gray and tan and is made in the USA.

        Simple & versatile
A versatile product that can be used with a variety of retaining wall products. It looks like it is made out of ABS plastic, which allows the rectangular vent portion to be cut to variety of heights depending on the type of block or stone you will use. The vent is 1-3/16 wide by 7-3/8 high & can be cut down in 1/2" increments all the way to 2-7/8 high. The rectangular drain connector tube is 11-1/2" long & can also be cut shorter if needed. It comes with the rectangular to 4" round adapter that will connect to any of your drainage fittings (usually the corrugated & perforated drain pipe & fittings). There are installation videos available on the web ( I couldn't find them on the company's website as the instruction sheet that came with the unit says to do). Once installed it drains by giving a nice look to the drainage inlet between your retaining stones of blocks. One thing to note is that since the inlet is 1-3/16" wide there will be some need to slightly offset one of the blocks (or joints between them) you are using, if in the base course you are laying & using smaller width joints or grout joints (otherwise you might end up having to cut into one end or near end block). With retaining stones you should not need to cut since offsetting is easy with the irregular edges of the stones.

May help with retaining walls' drainage
The Wall Drain Pro is a simple design having three components: Drain tube, Tube-to-4" drain hose connector, and a drain/screen. The three components are plastic material and could be cut to size if desired. Instructions are clear but very hard to read w/o a magnifying glass. However, installation is straight forward and easily accomplished. I can recommend this because drainage is critical lest you risk wall failure due to water/freezes, etc. I ONLY WISH the grate could have been heavier duty plastic or cast iron.

        Wall drainage pro
Wall Drain Pro is a nice product that makes a cleaner looking drainage system when using a block wall or retaining wall that has soil on other side. Instead of a round pipe sticking out of your retaining wall and looking like an eye sore, this drain pro can be put level between ends of blocks for a cleaner more reliable drainage system. When used with drainage stones will help from ground or soil movement and cracking or warping wall on you, very easy 3 piece assembly. All around a cleaner look to your retaining wall, better to look at then round pipe and no need to cut holes in blocks to put round pipe threw. Definitely would recommend to my friends and family for an eye pleasing cleaner looking wall.
