A: Hi 3Bears, Thank you for reaching out and allowing me the opportunity to help. As stated on product pages, our products are made from zBoard paperboard and while the exterior layers of the board are treated with a water resistant material if water gets on the zBoard surface, it will dry (though of course it's best if you clean it up). You'll want to keep liquid away from the furniture's edges and corners where it's a little more vulnerable to moisture. We wouldn't recommend it for outdoor use especially for a dog water bowl as there will be lots of uncontrolled spills. Let me know anything else I can personally help with. Have a great day! A: Not unless the cube itself is sheltered. I had two cubes on the floor in a room where rain leaked in through the foundation, the cubes absorbed the moisture, and they will never be the same. Sadly, the size I had is no longer available.

I bought the white Cube unit along with the Way Basics white 2-Shelf Eco zBoard Stackable Tool-Free Assembly Bookcase Storage Organizer, and several of the Way Basics Connect Systems - the Cube unit is significantly yellow'd in color compared to the white units. Overall, these products are not strong enough for daily/heavy use. I wouldn't recommend them to households with children or pets because they can be easily damaged and come apart. In my case I'm using them for a retail display, and don't plan on using them forever. For me it was worth the money, and I do appreciate how eco-friendly they are! The concept is great; if only they could make them more durable and rugged for long-term/heavier use.

I bought 6 of these thinking that would be good for storage. I just got them and put one together and they are terrible. Very flimsy and cheap. I can’t imagine these are going to last long at all and aren’t worth $25 a piece. As soon as you pick them up they crumble.
