Hi! You would have to contact your local Home Depot.
Hello Quincy! We advise against cleaning the cooking grates in a dishwasher. Our recommended cleaning instructions can be found at the link below. Thanks! https://consumer-care.weber.com/hc/en-us/articles/360023839631-How-do-I-clean-my-cooking-grates-and-Flavorizer-bars-
It is an awesome addition to my Weber. Plug in the wire, insert the needle into the meat and read/hear when whatever you are cooking has reached the internal temperature you have preset on the app. I use it every time I bbq.
Hi Biff! This model is only designed for use with a standard 20 lb. LP (liquid propane) tank. It cannot be safely used with natural gas, and doing so would be considered a safety issue and would void the warranty on the unit. We do make a natural gas version of the Spirit II E-310, and it goes by model # 49010001. Thanks!
They were shipped separately.
No it does not.
Hello Alan, this iGrill 3 has been specifically designed to mount to a specific port on Spirit II, Genesis II, and Genesis II LX models, so using it on another grill would not be ideal. Our iGrill 2 doesn't mount to a specific port, and can be used on any grill. You can find it at the following link. Thanks! https://www.homedepot.com/p/iGrill-2-App-Connected-Thermometer-7203/300498565
To use on two different grills you would need the iGrill 2. The iGrill 3 is made for specific Weber grills that have a built in spot for permanent mounting. The iGrill 2 is designed to sit on any flat surface. I would recommend to purchase 2 additional probes as 4 can be used at one time. For example, with 4 probes, one can be used to monitor the actual ambient temperature inside the grill and then the other three can be used in 3 different meats. Great for when you are cooking different types of meat at the same time.
It doesn’t use WiFi and won’t work with a laptop. The iGrill device connects via Bluetooth to an iOS device. So, an iPad will work once you download the Weber iGrill app.
